Hand stand push ups
Pyramid - 1,2,3.    2,4,6,    3,6,9,   4,8,12,   5,10,15 then back down
Pull-up, push up, crunch
Superset -
Bulgarian split squat and
Band pull through
Superset -
Curls and pull downs
